Our mission at Smith Alling is to provide the best legal services to our clients in a variety of practice areas. In doing so, we provide representation to regional, national and international clients who live in and transact business in and outside of the Pacific Northwest.

While we represent many businesses, we also represent numerous clients with respect to family/domestic matters and clients who have been seriously injured by others. We also offer mediation and alternative dispute resolution services to address those situations where the parties to a conflict seek to resolve the issues between them without resorting to the court system.

We are pleased and excited to announce that as of January 1, 2011, all the attorneys and staff of Maher Ahrens Foster Shillito, PLLC joined and relocated with the law firm of Smith Alling Lane, P.S. to form one of the South Puget Sound's largest law firms. The firm's new name will be Smith Alling, P.S. The attorneys and staff of Smith Alling will continue to serve clients in the areas of Business, Real Estate, Construction, Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Family law.
