Jordan K. Foster Jordan is a member at the firm and has been practicing as an attorney since 2004. Throughout his career he has handled all phases of civil litigation practice, while focusing in the areas of real estate, construction, and business law. Jordan is a counselor to his clients and serves as a zealous advocate in addressing their legal needs. As a counselor to his clients, he strives to find a solution that best serves his client’s needs and suits their best interests. In doing so, he has conducted all means of alternative dispute resolution processes from settlement negotiations to mediations. Should litigation be necessary, he comes ready with experience in all aspects of case progression from conducting discovery and depositions, arguing motions, and proceeding through trial or arbitration. Jordan is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association. He enjoys fundraising for the local community and devotes his time in support of the Zach Stewart Endowed Scholarship, which awards scholarships to students at Bates Technical College. He also looks forward to participating in the annual South Sound Light the Night Walk, which raises money in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. A long time local to Tacoma, Jordan graduated from Wilson High School. Outside of work, you can find him in the stands at the UW Husky football games, rooting for the Zags, and hollering for the Seattle Sounders. He enjoys playing softball and indoor soccer and lives in Bremerton with his wife, Lisa, who is an attorney for the Department of the Navy, at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
